GROUP DESCRIPTION

Our community is located near the town Nuevo Progreso just south of the U.S. border in SE Texas. The town is a dental and medical tourist destination for Americans and Canadians. We are trying to begin a community of 50+ individuals with approximately half immigrants and half Mexicans. We are looking for talented, hard working people to be a part in the first stages of the project. One of our original members is a retired school teacher with skills in teaching Math, Reading - Science and can provide high quality school instruction for all children through Grade 9. He also has skills in carpentry, home building and renewable energy. We expect significant additional income for the group can be generated by allowing visitors to camp in the community and visiting dentists and doctors the following during their stay. Visitors could also experience day trips to the beautiful Texas and Mexican beaches as well.

GENERAL COMMENTS: Here we will be posting discussions on many different topics. We encourage everyone to read the post and to comment if you would like. You can comment on practically anything you would like. You can suggest new "Blue Button" categories as well. By getting everyone's input we can make this a better experience.
